Location(s) / Number of locations featuring Pixel products
WOOP! operates 5 locations across Slovenia and Austria, 4 of which feature Pixel installations: WOOP! FUN Park (Ljubljana), WOOP! ARENA (Ljubljana), WOOP! Maribor and WOOP! Graz.
Industry / Business type
Multi-attraction family entertainment center group. Founded in 2017 as a trampoline park, WOOP! has since grown into a 360° entertainment concept across several locations.
Products installed
10 Pixel Floors in total: 5 in Ljubljana (3 large at 30 sqm, 2 small at 24 sqm, split across FUN Park and ARENA), 2 small in Maribor, 3 small in Graz.
Operating model
Pixel is a fixed part of the regular offer and is actively used for cross- and upselling. At most locations it’s sold as a separate ticket; in hindsight, WOOP! would rather fold Pixel into the general admission ticket at the FUN Park than sell it as a stand-alone add-on.

Other attractions and facilities on-site
FUN Park: trampoline park, fun walls. ARENA: bowling, laser tag, escape rooms, VR, Picado, billiards. Maribor: trampoline park, glow golf, escape rooms. Graz: trampoline park, fun walls, tag arena, bowling, VR, escape rooms.
Target audience & visitor numbers
A broad audience across all locations: families with young children, teens, adults and seniors. WOOP! also has a strong B2B segment, working with school groups and corporate team-building events.
Before introducing Pixel, WOOP! faced a challenge familiar to growing entertainment venues: how to keep the offering fresh without losing sight of visitor numbers, dwell time and revenue per visit. Miran Razoršek, co-founder of WOOP!, put it simply: the goal was to strengthen brand loyalty, unlock new revenue streams, and keep generating fresh stories to market around.
The decision for Pixel came down to its fun, trendy appeal combined with low maintenance, durability, and a throughput that matched the investment. WOOP! placed the floors wherever space opened up, in some cases replacing fading VR attractions, and made them a fixed part of its cross- and upselling strategy.
The result: longer visitor dwell time, larger baskets through bundling with other attractions, and additional revenue from birthdays, food and beverage, and corporate events. After a strong launch, especially among children and young adults, usage settled into a stable level that WOOP! now actively manages through different activations. Day to day, Pixel is easy to run and maintain, requiring no specialized technical knowledge — in line with its attendant-free design.
“Pixel has helped us stay relevant: longer dwell time, bigger baskets, and always a new story to tell. For us, Pixel Floors are part of what makes a true 360° family experience work.”
